Premium handmade alfajor, with two layers of soft, cocoa-rich dough, a generous filling of dulce de leche, and a high-quality caramelized white chocolate coating. Made with fresh, non-industrial raw materials, without preservatives or artificial colorings.
Ingredients:
Dough: wheat flour, corn starch, butter, sugar, eggs, honey, cocoa powder, baking powder (E450, E500), flavor extracts.
Filling: dulce de leche (caramel)
Coating: caramelized white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, powdered milk, cocoa mass, soy lecithin (E322), natural flavorings).
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, and sesame.
